Dear God, please help me...
Not to be so emotional, that it clouds my judgement.
Not to be so toxic, that I can't perceive the good anymore.
To understand. Then apply.
They can't write anything because what they're doing is illegal. Payment and accommodation is compulsory for Corpers. It's literally the first line on the posting form.
As it should be.
I was initially posted to FMC Keffi, and they said no pay, no accommodation. I was going to be doctor work for free, and still have to take care of where I’ll live.
I jejely asked to be rejected. The admin staff threatened that they’ll write it on my slip that I requested to be rejected. I told him to go ahead. He was shocked 😭.
Meanwhile, there were like 5 other corpers there with me that were fine with no pay, no accommodation.
They kept passing my letter around till they finally rejected me. And they didn’t write anything on the slip.
When I was still in medical school
A well fed woman brought her sick child and the child was not meeting up with weight and height for his age….
She swore she feeds the child well
Only for the nurses to secretly watch her serve the child food and she made Milo for the child, one satchet of Milo, she practically sprinkled a little bit into a large cup of water, did the same thing with milk….. It was so light, basically water and a pinch of Milo but when she will buy her own food, it will be filled with meat.
A long time ago, my friend bought Belgium Bus for N550k, gave it to "driver" and "conductor" they were to deliver N40 weekly
First week : N40k
Second week: N40k
Third week : N40k
Friend was happy "in less than 6 months I will pay off bus, buy 3 more and scale" he told me.
I was looking....😐
Fourth week: driver brought bill of N88k for new engine
Fifth week: Driver said VIO collected N25k
Sixth week: Driver said olopa collected all the cash, and he owes them 30k
My friend has collected his keys back
Transport business kee you dia
🤭
How many of you folks did transport "business"?
A dental surgeon isn't prescribing any of those drugs though. Scope creep?
How about we all just advocate for better pay and infrastructure? Things that actually matter.
If I prescribe Adelimumab or Infliximab or Steriods for rheumatoid arthritis Abeg no dispense am
If I prescribe muscle relaxant for TMDS Abeg no dispense am
If I order for I.v fluids for my patients Abeg no dispense
If I prescribe carbamazepine, Baclofen or gabapentin 100 mg 8 hourly for patient with Trigerminal neuralgia no dispense bro
This shows how dumb you are, if I go band to band with pharmacy people on this app, I swear 80% of you will deactivate and leave this app I’m not even capping, for a professional where your boss is a rich illiterate and buys your certificate for 500k yearly and pays you 150k per month and if you don’t meet up sales you might get sacked.
Guy you banter me wey be surgeon 😩😩😩
A generic brand must be bioequivalent to the innovator brand, so this isn't true. Same clinical outcome, same safety profile.
The issue is mostly regulation, not whatever you're saying.
@ChibuzoJayjay Branded drug use more expensive excipients than generic drugs and the cheaper excipients of unbranded may affect the absorption and disintegration of the tablet which may affect its efficacy
NARD is going on strike but this is the low quality discourse people choose to engage in. No healthcare worker is paid enough to engage in these kind of petty arguments.
How about we all clamour for better pay, HC systems and policies, and infrastructure.
Unfortunately this is not entirely accurate, You cannot morally justify the suffering of poor people by appealing to karma, fate, or hell, especially when those who cause the suffering often live comfortably and unpunished. The universe doesn’t give a rats ass.
You looted billions, your children are going from Dubai to Santorini, to London flexing 7 star hotels & cruising Lamborghinis. Meanwhile, you are diabetic with no appetite or ability to flex the money you looted, busy going from EFCC to Court to defend the looted funds and will answer to God almighty on the day of resurrection.
Nigerian politicians are merely labourers for their children’s good life, while harboring hellfire for themselves.
Any surrogacy that has financial gain as the sole motivation should be illegal imo. They're using a power imbalance to exploit women and I think it's a form of duress.
