So Russia is banned from FIFA because of their invasion of Ukraine, but America is allowed to HOST THE FIFA GAMES WHILE BOMBING IRAN???
HOW DOES THAT WORK?????
We still remember how Express News highlighted the male doctor’s issue and portrayed it as harassment. But where is the mainstream media now? Where are Hamid Mir, Mansoor Ali Khan, Talat Hussain, Waseem Badami, and Iqrar-ul-Hassan? Why is there no prime time discussion on this heartbreaking incident? Where are the human rights organizations now? Why this silence when a doctor’s life has been destroyed?
What happened to Dr. Mahnoor Nasir should shake us all. It is heartbreaking, horrifying and absolutely unacceptable.
A woman serving others in a hospital, a place meant for healing, was attacked while on duty… Dr. Mahnoor is not an isolated case.
CM goes to sahiwal, handcuffs the principal on camera. Goes to mayo, threatens to arrest the professor on camera. Terminates doctors without any due enquiries, stays mum on many incidents of harrassment. Not to mention disasterous projects too.
"don't know what happened exactly"
Being introvert was okay
But the level of being people repellent I have reached these days >>>
Agr aisa hi chalta raha TU akeli mar jaon gi :)
Filming a dr against her consent , unprofessional use of language with a professional who gave this authority to him ? If anything was not according to guidelines there still was a better way to deal with it. The beurucrats running into hospitals and filming such scenes need to be stopped , Kindly take action on this @MaryamNSharif , @CMShehbaz
tonight, she will go home with the sting of humiliation before a crowd and cameras, denied even the basic respect of being addressed as 'doctor'. these moments of indignity are exactly why doctors are leaving this country, only to be called ungrateful for escaping this circus.
A video circulating online allegedly shows a CSP officer/bureaucrat rudely confronting a female doctor inside a government hospital, in front of patients, while recording her.
Addressing an on duty physician as “Bibi” instead of “Doctor Sahiba,” and questioning her in a humiliating manner as if she were in an interrogation room, is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable.
Doctors, especially female healthcare workers serving patients under difficult conditions, deserve dignity and professional respect, not public humiliation by state officials abusing authority.
In any professional and civilized system, such conduct by a government officer would trigger immediate accountability. Sadly, in Pakistan, bureaucratic arrogance too often operates above basic standards of decency and respect.
Absolutely shameful.
@naddiyyaathar Which sahooliaat are you exactly talking about?
Let me tell you
Over worked & underpaid doctors , who're trying their best to treat & save every patient with the least amount of medicine & equipment available!!!!
“Exhausted, Underpaid, Still Saving Lives”
That's how HOs been doing for the last 5 years.
30-hour duties. No rest. No support.
And a stipend that now doesn't cover basic living cost.
