@SHLandlady @daisy_turnell Vessel in Plymouth do a similar regular event like the one you suggest.. ie Sour Sunday everyone pays £20 and the Bar owner supplies the beers.
The one we hold we all pay a corkage fee and all buy extra 750ml/cans from the bar also we hold it on a quieter time in the bar
