@bt_uk what's an acceptable service standard for rectifying a fault? I reported one on 8/2, but it got "stuck". I've spent hours over the last 3 weeks (inc 50 mins today) chasing. BT still not fixed the fault in the fault system and made no progress on actually fixing the fault!

Hi @TacxSupport I have a Tacx Flow (T1682) probably dating from 2008 and the rubber brackets for mounting the head unit on the handlebars have perished. Is it possible to get replacements?
