You don't need to disable SIP for this, btw.

@pvncher@hosmelq Thread tools in my long-running orchestrators arenβt reliable. They suddenly canβt read a worker thread or canβt send a message, or the worker thread canβt report back, or the tool is exposed but returns βno handler registered.β Itβs great when it works, but it doesnβt always.
I love the orchestrator thread in Codexβwhen it works. But thread tools sometimes go missing from the session, or they fail with βno handler registered,β forcing the orchestrator to create workarounds (mine built a kanban board and ordered threads to report to it). @guinnesschen
I invite you to be new threads to weave new networks that harmonize every aspect of life for a renewed society in which time is imbued with eternity, culture preserves memory and fosters dialogue, education promotes the search for truth with a critical spirit, art awakens wonder and gives rise to noble emotions, business recognizes the dignity of each person, and work continues to be a driving force for hope. #ApostolicJourney https://t.co/2IeHrzWmSb
It is not merely a matter of bringing out the monstrance, but of allowing ourselves to be brought out of our selfishness and indifference, of a comfortable, private faith, so as to respond to His invitation to conversion, to change our perspective, and to welcome His presence which transforms us and makes us builders of a new world.
This is the view of 1.2 million people from above. This is happening in Madrid, in the famous Plaza de Cibeles and its surroundings, where Pope Leo XIV will preside over the solemn Corpus Christi Mass, followed by a historic procession.
The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasnβt a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.
The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they canβt build the nuclear bomb they werenβt building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didnβt start.
Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.
If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.
God gives us all we need to love Him well.
Sometimes what He gives us is internal, sometimes external.
This is why The Body of Christ is so essential; we are to be interdependent, working together to be who God made us to be.
Our origins as a species and as individuals is communal- itβs hardwired into us to be and work together.
Community is not an option for Christians, itβs an essential element and expression.
Strive to be a good member of your Christian community.
God requires it, the community craves it and your soul desperately needs it.

@Kappaemme1926 Orchestrator threads canβt control threads on remote machines. I want an orchestrator on my MacBook Air that can control local Codex threads and Codex threads on my MacBook Air mini.
βIt is painful to see how, especially in the West, the space for genuine freedom of expression is rapidly shrinking. At the same time, a new Orwellian-style language is developing which, in an attempt to be increasingly inclusive, ends up excluding those who do not conform to the ideologies that are fueling it.β
- Pope Leo XIVβs Address to the Members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Holy See delivered on January 9, 2026
In simple terms, Pope Leo XIV is saying:
People are becoming less free to speak honestly about what they believe, especially in Western countries. And some forms of "inclusive" language are actually becoming exclusive because they pressure people to accept certain ideas or stay silent.
π¬ Do you agree with Pope Leo XIV's statement? Why or why not?
Pope to Catholic Colleges and Universities: βUnless Catholic education instills in students a true passion for the truth β and not only intellectual truth, but the Truth that is Christ himself β we can hardly expect people to be willing to put forth the effort required to recognize truth and adapt oneβs life accordingly.β https://t.co/8YWgp0X5DY
If anyone were to begin making you an idol, or a messianic figure, you would have a moral responsibility to shatter their dreams.
Itβs very difficult to find examples of prominent people at any point in history who intentionally did thisβor who pointed to someone or something other than themselves.
John the Baptist is the model for anyone seeking signs and wonders.
@guinnesschen Is it supposed to be possible for Codex to orchestrate remote threads as well? It seems to be able to send messages to a remote thread, but not read one, and remote threads can't reliably send messages back.
Ahead of Corpus Christi, Pope Leo XIV encourages the practice of public Eucharistic Processions as a witness of our Faith:
βIn the Eucharist, we contemplate Jesus, the bread broken and given for each of us.
Processions with the Most Holy Sacrament, which take place in the streets of many towns, are an expression of popular Eucharistic devotion. In this regard, I encourage you to keep alive the beautiful public witness of the Faith.β
Still not sure whether Codex orchestration is supposed to work across machines. I get this when my orchestrator thread on my laptop tries to direct a thread on my Mac mini: No AppServerManager registered for conversationId. Codex thinks it should be able to do it, but it canβt.
