@RobbieBarstool I'm essentially the only person amongst friends that maintains an active interest in SW. The rest have checked out because of their mishandling of the franchise.
You're telling me to reject the evidence of my eyes because Disney still profited, yet it'd be impossible not to.
Dave Filoni has released a beautiful statement following the passing of Tom Kane.
“Tom loved Star Wars. Fans may best remember him as the voice of the animated Yoda, but truly his voice was the spirit of the Clone Wars. His opening narration introduced an entire generation to the Star Wars galaxy getting viewers ready for another adventure far, far, away. When I was first starting out as a director I was fortunate to have someone as legendary as Tom there to help me learn and guide me towards what the actors needed. Very Yoda like indeed. Tom was selfless, giving so much of his time and energy to the Star Wars fan community. He loved the fans, and showed up for them whenever he could. I am so grateful for all that he did for me and for Lucasfilm. I’m also glad that his characters and voice will live on in many ways. Wherever you go there’s always a chance that Tom is the voice you hear guiding you through Disneyland or a galaxy far, far away. Farewell Tom, may the Force be with you… always.”
Happy Revenge of the Fifth!
Pawn Star Wars - Boba Fett Tries to Pawn Han Solo in Carbonite | Part 1
Hope you enjoy the first part of my second rendition of Pawn Star Wars!
Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Marrok is reporting to Vader at the end of E6. The dialogue suggests that it's probably not Sidious.
Now I'd just like to know who's sending The Crow...
Late on this, but I really do hope that Marrok was reporting directly to Sidious in E6.
This idea that it could only be Vader is somewhat annoying. Suggesting that they don't even know that Palpatine is a Sith Lord is also patently untrue.
There's a counterargument suggesting Palpatine is too busy governing, but I find it unconvincing. Tmk, that is mostly delegated to the Imperial Ruling Council, and Sidious has personal projects on the side that regularly warrant his attention. Why not Maul?
