@HelloMyPA @Mailchimp Buy that being said, the free services were amazing, and it's a shame we're losing them, but they've probably become a victim of their own success. Also @Mailchimp is no longer natively supported by @Shopify, so that must have had an impact on their bottom line.

@HelloMyPA @Mailchimp With the high ROI Vs what they're charging for their services, it's still a bargain IMO. They're more eCRM now than just an ESP, too. So comparable to Drip or Dotdogital, both are many times the cost of MailChimp. ECRM features for e-commerce will especially drive customer LTV
