The "Potential Gamer" discourse has quickly become pointless now. Just like everything else that picks up traction on this site, the Blue Checks have quickly started leeching it for Ragebait Twitterbucks
@SirJessums Oh how about this: Ascendance is placing focus on Elder Dragons as Capcom have stated.
A variant of Arkveld can be birthed from absorbing the power of Elder Dragons, becoming (ascending into) something of a demi-elder themselves.
@SirJessums Overloaded Arkveld, though I feel it may be borrowing from Crimson Glow Valstrax a bit too much.
Maybe a Bloodbath Arkveld, a variant that already has their chains destroyed and developed a more agile & close range fighting style to adapt.
@TweetingGaruga Oh there might be a misunderstanding.
So the slowmo only happens the moment you kill the monster. Its the bundle of frames that's usually chosen for the Results screen.
You only get a short window to take the screenshot before the slowmo wears off and the moment leaves.

I've picked up GW2 as my downtime mmo for waiting on ffxiv updates.
I've already put a chunk of time into it, with a level 80 Berserker and Reaper w/out boost. There's genuinely so much to do and I really appreciate that the game can let me take breaks without falling behind.
No reason behind this question whatsoever, but if you were thinking about trying Guild Wars, would you start Guild Wars 2 today or wait for Guild Wars 3?
@ceph0rend The grift was unfortunately a success with how much traction he got. He will continue to generate his scripts with ChatGPT & pick fights with his comment section.
@XboxGamerxXx@Keizer_gs@Wario64 Throwaway example: getting the achievement for finishing a boss without taking damage shouldn't count if you enabled the in-game cheat to disable all damage taken.
@XboxGamerxXx@Keizer_gs@Wario64 Achievements being disabled when using official or modded cheats that heavily trivialize core gameplay components in single-player games has been a thing and continues to be, yes.
The California State Assembly has passed the Protect Our Games Act, a bill to protect user rights after a game's service ends
Under this, games shutting down would need to provide at least 60 days notice to consumers, while also ensuring that purchasers will still have access to the game via an alt version or patch that allows it to be played offline. And if not, they must offer refunds
The bill must still be passed by the California Senate
