Doom
I started on Doom in August 1993. My first task was to prove I had some chops. I was on probation for a month. My first level was E2M6!

I went on to work on 20 of the 27 levels in Doom. When Doom 2 came along, I did 17 out of its 32 levels.

I had other tasks as well. I’m responsible for the final way the BFG 9000 worked for instance. I also named the levels and many of the monsters.

@SandyofCthulhu When I sent him the video of me playing drums to Steeleye Span's "Alison Gross" on my Halloween party last weekend, he just emailed back "I hope you are mostly just selling games." hahaha. He is one of the few men I know who can be both funny and focused at the same time.
