On Aug 1, I woke up and didn’t want to get out of bed.

@ashleymcnamara My Mom died just over a year ago from complications from MS. I’ve not found any shortcuts through grief. Friends, counsellors, family can all support you in the process but grief is just a thing you learn to live with. Like a tree growing around a stone. Just don’t stop growing.
