Raffy Tulfo made a sharp challenge to Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano to attend the Senate's next plenary session on Wednesday, after the latter claimed that the minority was trying to wrest control of the Senate to prevent the hearings of the Blue Ribbon Committee on the flood control crisis.

The statement came after the majority bloc did not appear again for the Senate's plenary session on Tuesday, the second consecutive day of absence after the arrest of Sen. Jinggoy Estrada on Monday.

🩵: we first met when we debuted 2014 august 1, now it's been abt 11 years, almost 12 years, was it middle sch? ah 3rd year high sch. brought things like super juice, our symbolic colours, candy, lemona, brought gifts like these n came to many of our events to support, she'd come up to me n say, "unni, i think i have to focus on studies, i can't come much anymore". later she came back n said, "unni, i got a job now~ unni i got a bf!" later she said to me "unni, in the future if i get married someday, could u sing the wedding congratulatory song for me?" n i remember replying "of cos, if it's for u, i'll sing it!"

then last sept, when my album came out, she came n told me "unni, i'm getting married!" after hearing it we started talking abt it, "unni, back then what u said, will u fulfill it?" n i said "of cos! if its for u, i can sing the song~"
