This is a big issue on both sides. I get it. Power corrupts. But I cannot help but be skeptical of those who are quick to take credit for things that happen far beyond their control.

Do you know what I love about wrestling disagreements? They're not real. That's what's great about entertainment. It gives us a break from our real problems. It may feel serious until we lose a loved one (including pets), fall behind on bills, or face an addiction.

Fans may disagree, but I'd argue that deep down we enjoy it.

Can you name any instance of DEI supporting a white conservative outside of your own company?

I personally would like to understand the misconception. Perhaps WEF Partners define DEI a certain way and becaue most major corporations are under them that's the dominant narrative?

Also, regarding the ALS hire, wouldn't this also be covered by equal opportunity employment laws? If so, why does DEI need to be stacked on top of it?

Who are people like me? This would literally be the first example I've ever been given where a white conservative was hired under DEI. I'm genuinely curious... what criteria made them DEI hires? Location? Financial class?

If my previous employers handled DEI like you claim to then I never would have spoken out against it. I once recommended a direct-to-hire training program so that they would no longer require college degrees. This was in response to them pushing us to offer Pro-Bono services to "Black Owned Businesses" under the banner of DEI. My push back was that we can't associate oppression exclusively with race. I simply felt that oppression should be the number 1 category and that it should be measured individually rather than lumped together based on race, gender, sexuality, etc.

Also. I'm not coming at you. Your bio suggests that you can have political conversations as long as they don't devolve into insults. You may be an intellectual bit you're not having an intelligent discussion.

My personal view is that DEI categorizes by superficial metrics that it doesn't honor itself. It is an open door for progressives, but doesn't assist conservatives or free thinkers who meet the criteria of an oppressed group but do not align with DEI ideology.

Plenty of non-white people who aren't straight males speak out against DEI. I suppose your intelligence implies that they are beneath you for holding these views?
