HORRIFIC: Russian missile and drone attacks on Kyiv and a dozen other Ukrainian regions overnight killed at least 25 civilians, including five children, and wounded around 100, Ukrainian officials said.

The deadliest strike hit a five-story apartment building in Pryluky, in the Chernihiv region, killing 19 people, including the five children.

The attacks also damaged energy infrastructure and left parts of Ukraine without power.
