Thanks to the @0xMarsDAO team and the support from @Dexsport, I was able to recover my funds. As an apology for the inconvenience, they also credited me with a free bet, which I truly appreciate.

Hope team can investigate this case, find a solution. Ive supported the platform, used both $MDAO and $DESU, and would like to continue using Dexsport if situations like this are handled properly.

I am not writing this to attack the platform or accuse anyone of bad intentions. I simply want this issue to be resolved fairly and transparently.

Support informed me that my issue had been forwarded to the tech team and that the deposit was under checking due to a possible node related issue. However, I haven’t received a clear explanation of what exactly is being checked 🧐

While waiting, I contacted support and even told them exactly which bet I intended to place. That bet was Argentina to win the first half, and it eventually won. Unfortunately, because my deposit was never credited, I had no opportunity to place it. @Dexsport

Today however I encountered a Serious problem. Around two hours ago, I made deposit, but it still not been credited to my account. The transaction was successfully sent, yet the funds remain unavailable in platform.
