1. It's only been 5-6 yrs since reservation in faculty positions in IIT.

@rashmigautam27 rich SCs taking oppertunity of poor SC, from movie reservation is giving benefits to poor SC but this is not the case its give benefit to rich SC. Jatav and mahar caste taking seats of mushar caste. how about that. they are rich so they will oppose poor is working in ground.
