▶️On Aug 29, permissionless HIP-4 went live and Outcome was the first deployer. It posted a self-funded 500k $HYPE bootstrap and opened a $1M rewards program ($200k/month floor, paid in USDC to makers and takers, including flow from other front ends).

▶️Contracts are fully collateralized binaries. They trade between 0 and 1, settle to 0 or 1 USDC, and carry no leverage and no liquidation. Price markets resolve off TWAP the same Hyperliquid margin account covers perps and outcomes.

▶️The first week cleared more than $11M in volume. By Sep 13, Outcome markets had traded more than $23M and accounted for more than 96% of HIP-4 deployer volume since permissionless deployment.

▶️That day the team shipped rewards v2.1, shifting the program from proving demand to deeper liquidity across sports, crypto, equities, commodities, and Fed decisions. Scoring went live Sep 15.

▶️Product followed volume, Sports markets came online, then 15-minute S&P 500 markets, then 15-minute $HYPE up-or-down contracts on Sep 25. Oil, Bitcoin touch levels, and football fixtures traded in the same book. One WTIOIL market alone passed $1.1M before resolution.

Mid-September: about $71M and more than 90% of HIP-4 open interest, with third-party front ends already live,

-Sep 22: $80M total, more than $42M of it in under 30 days.
-Sep 25: more than $50M since permissionless deployment, 29 days earlier.
-Sep 29: $100M in HIP-4 volume on Outcome, 62% of it in the prior 30 days.

💢By Sep 30, Outcome accounted for about 93% of Hyperliquid prediction-market open interest. Distribution scaled with the book roughly 20 integrations in two weeks (Nansen, Hyperbeat, Stratium, and others).

Builders can route users to Outcome markets, charge their own fees, and still have those users qualify for rewards.

💪On Sep 27, Hyperliquid said it would double deployer limits to 200 live outcome markets and 1,000 daily deployments. Outcome’s line on the $100M print was still day 1.
