@shakermaker90s I actually wonder if customers might get their money back quicker if the company collapsed as then the responsibility would be with ATOL who can’t be any worse. Not that i’d want to test that.

Customers of @alpharooms have shown us proof that they’re being told they’re not entitled to apply for a cash refund until more than a year after the departure date of a cancelled holiday. Can you confirm this is correct as this seems contradictory to your site?
