Fighting @ICBC for the rights of British Columbians for access to fair legal representation + medical opinion for #personalinjury. #bcpoli#autoinsurance
NEW - @JohnRustad4BC says he will end ICBC's monopoly on basic auto insurance, opening up the province to private competitors. Also says he'll allow people with "life-altering injuries" out of the no-fault insurance system to sue for compensation -- not immediately clear if this means total elimination of no-fault insurance or not.
Remember when David Eby promised us "significant cultural change" at ICBC that would centre on "care" for victims?
That was bullshit like everything else that comes out of his mouth.
Everything he has touched in BC has been made worse.

Yet another deplorable account of how @icbc treats people + customers. I mean, c'mon... it's unconscionable. Anyone can see what's going on here. ICBC is a monopoly that needs to be stopped.

I joined the Mike Smyth Show today to talk distracted driving laws and confusing messages from ICBC and police. Listen here: https://t.co/og8oT2QDAe https://t.co/OxN9SJCEwe
Have a listen to an ICBC official try to explain BC’s distracted-driving laws to me today.
This is ICBC’s manager of road safety, he told me it is legal to use your phone at a red light if you put your vehicle in park.
Not quite. https://t.co/qy08MJmB5F
A strata in White Rock says it's on the hook for thousands of dollars in repairs after a car crashed into their condo. BC Liberal MLA Trevor Halford calls it "unacceptable" ICBC will only cover a portion. Find out why on Global News Hour at 6.
