Never know what I might post. It might be politics, pop culture, video games, news. or anything in between. No media to shill(yet). Follow if you like my posts.
"So yeah, we decided that Venom wouldn't cover MJ's hair (unlike basically every other host) because how else is is the reader supposed to know that it's MJ??" - Marvel Writers (probably)
Not defending Flock in the slightest, but that being said the legal argument is that the Flock cameras are on a government contract and used for official services. It would be the same thing as stealing a car that was rented/leased by the government.
Heat inherit needs fixed in a way that's balanced. New players, or even not min-maxed vets probably don't realize how fire damage works. In my humble opinion, I suggest that heat procs work similar to Zephyr Tornado: strongest heat proc becomes the basis for the tick damage.
So in summary, I am not against doing a retouch where we buff her, but is that enough? I think a lot of people are hoping for a FULL RE REwork and that really isn't in the cards.
And heat inheritance, should we fix it? will I get death threats for even suggesting we should?
8/8
Here's one of the things that needs to be reworked: Heat Inherit. It doesn't work like other statuses in Warframe. Heat goes off of the first fire status proc, and that's the basis for your heat damage ticks until all stacks expire.

Dear @PabloMakes ,
I'm not asking for a Rework
not even asking for a Damage Buff
All I want to know is why can't I just do this with Ember? What's preventing every meteor from hitting?
5 Purple Shards, Tesla Nervos and Arcane Sculptor & Jade Stars is still a better Fire Frame
This is going to sound like a kiss-ass response, but Tekken 3 and Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection are my favorite fighting game soundtracks of all time. Paul Phoenix's track from Tekken 3, and from Tekken 5:DR Call of the Inferno are my tops from each game if I have to choose.
Tell me your favorite fighting game music!
Reply with either:
your single favorite track, or
your Top 3.
I’m looking forward to seeing your picks!

Ah yes, an allegorical film based on the Odyssey with a different title is definitely the same thing as a movie directly called the Odyssey.
Stupid fucking take.
The Coen Brothers should be ashamed. The Odyssey wasn't set in Mississippi in 1937. The Cyclops only had ONE eye, and John Goodman clearly has TWO! There were no black guitar players in the Odyssey! And all that woke antiracism stuff at the end, just Hollywood something something
Christopher Nolan says modern English is spoken in ‘THE ODYSSEY’ because he wanted “language that has emotional not intellectual meaning” for audiences.
“I was maybe being naïve, it might bite me on the ass, but I wanted an earthy narrative. To me it was a no-brainer.”

Here we go, 3200 gone from Xbox. 1600 today.
Total Chud victory.
• Xbox CEO just sent a company-wide email announcing the biggest restructure in Xbox history
• ~3,200 headcount reduction across FY27 (1,600 roles eliminated today)
• 4 studios leaving Xbox: Compulsion Games & Double Fine becoming independent (keep their IP); Ninja Theory & Undead Labs moving to new ownership
• No first-party games or announced projects cancelled
• Reasons cited: margins 3–10x lower than peers, Game Pass/multi-platform bets underperformed, smaller install base + high costs, ongoing hardware industry crisis
• Big changes coming: management layers cut to max 5 (aiming for 3), new COO (Helen Chiang), Mojang & King now report directly to Asha
• Investment staying high but
Wait until this dumbass learns that we don't actually own the movies we buy on Blu-ray/DVD either.
Yeah, no shit. It's OWNED by the copyright holders. We're just buying a copy of their product. It's legal speak you dipshits.
According to Sony and many publishers, you don’t own your disc, you never did. Their terms can still restrict access or revoke licenses.
That’s why we fight for consumer law: physical media was one of the last limits on this control.
You will own nothing and be happy.
Gee, it's almost like this is the standard FOR EVERY DIGITAL PLATFORM. For example, here is Steam's. You will find the same thing on Epic, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.
Sony’s PlayStation Terms of Service state that buying a game doesn’t mean you own the software itself.
According to the agreement, words like “buy,” “purchase,” and “own” don’t transfer ownership of the game’s intellectual property. Instead, you’re given a license to use it, which can be revoked under certain conditions.
That’s why physical game ownership has become a major topic and everyone is fiighting for this
@StopKilingGames
Do you people even know what disc's are used for in games now? They hold some initial data which is downloaded to the PS5 and then it is just an authenticator of the file on your system which stills requires you to have am account to even log in and use. Blu-ray is outdated.

@DontWalkRUN The Bass Pro shop CEO doesn't like guns, like at all. When they bought out Cabela's they took away like 80% of the firearns that they carried
So, I'm just curious: does this feel like an attack on Sony and Steam at the moment? This feels weird that both of them are facing the same type of lawsuit at the same time
According to Christopher Dring, Sony is currently facing multiple legal cases over claims that the PlayStation Store has too much control over digital game sales.
Here are the main lawsuits:
> United Kingdom – An ongoing £2 billion ($2.7 billion) class action claims Sony abused its dominant position by making the PlayStation Store the only place to buy digital PlayStation games and add-ons.
>United States – Sony recently agreed to a $7.85 million settlement in a class action over its 2019 decision to stop retailers from selling digital PlayStation game download codes.
>Netherlands – Sony is also facing a collective lawsuit alleging the PlayStation Store charges unfairly high prices because of its control over digital game sales.
