@InvitationHomes is a place no one should want to do business with. Applied, $150 application fee. No correspondence after multiple phone calls. Application cancelled, answering service cannot find why. Supervisor talked to, will have property manager contact you.
@InvitationHomes dealing with this companies property management is making me want to move out. Another error on portal. I either pay wrong amount and fight to get my $325 back or not pay and risk them saying I'm late due to their error.
After 3 years as an @InvitationHomes resident, I did not expect to be treated this way. I did go on your portal on 11/2 to pay. It does not show that on your side. But I get no benefit of the doubt. Just talked down to like a child. And charged $95 late fees. #fail
We’ve been tenants of @InvitationHomes (once Waypoint Homes & Colonial Homes) for over 3yrs. (Not to brag, but) We’ve been ideal tennants. On time with pymnts & LONG term tenants +. Bottom line...THEY R THE WORST. Maintenance issues arent resolved in timely manner. Never again!
@Al_the_Plumber That is a very sad statement - for women. #RealWomen don't hurt families for profit. These should not be the women we look up to... $INVH @InvitationHomes This is NOT good by ANY measure
Hey @SEC_enforcement - $INVH @InvitationHomes is blocking and banning tenants from posting or tagging them as part of their cover-up schemes. This is dangerous for investors when they have 109,000 followers on FB but block the truth and make claims of "99.8% Satisfaction" #Fraud
“Do you think landlords are evicting tenants who don’t speak up? No! They’re evicting tenants who stand up for their legal, moral right to decent housing. Good Cause will end that abuse.”
For years, #Compton resident Cecilia Reyna & her family put up with poor building maintenance from @InvitationHomes because the rent was cheap. But after a dramatic rent increase, she started fighting back https://t.co/cIV6kFuIoK
