Day 516: $1k -> $1m Challenge
Portfolio value: $103,618.56 (-0.17%)
I'm actively trying to do as little as possible at the moment.
Overtrading will bleed you out slowly. The great thing about crypto is that you can just sit on your hands and do nothing. It's the truth. After the FTX collapse I didn't sign a single transaction until March of 2024 when a friend told me about Hyperliquid. You know the rest....
On-chain will go crazy again. It's a matter of when and not if. And when it happens there will be ample opportunity. Don't think we'll have to wait until the end of the year. Be patient ;)
Right now, the ecosystem around Hyperliquid has grown into 30+ different projects spanning trading, lending, bridges, and stablecoins. Basically every core piece of DeFi you’d normally need across multiple platforms, now clustering in one place.
On the trading side, its newer perpetual markets HIP-3 are already handling over $1B in open positions, meaning serious money is actively flowing through it.
Next up, HIP-4 is expected to introduce outcome based markets like betting on real world results later this year.
At the same time, they’re moving toward their own stablecoin system USDH which could reduce reliance on USDC. Around all of this, you’ve got native lending protocols, decentralized exchanges, and cross chain bridges being built directly into the ecosystem.
Instead of using 10 different crypto apps, Hyperliquid is set to become the place where all of it lives together under one system to house all of finance. The ticker is hyperliquid:native
Day 498: $1k -> $1m Challenge
Portfolio value: $101,680.84 (+1.21%)
Cool to see @tradexyz launch pre-IPO markets which are pricing the $CBRS IPO at around $80bn FDV. That's almost 4x the value of their February 2026 fundraise. Will be interesting to see where it actually launches.

HYPE remains the king of charts
one of the cleanest structures out there
on a bullish side:
> $39 demand held
> @HypeStrat bought more on this dip
> Loracle started closing his short
> Paradigm sent the full 2.14M HYPE ($86M) to Coinbase Prime (probably for ETF)
The path to $50+ is looking clearer than ever
My dream always was to create positive impact in the space, by creating something.
Right after $HYPE airdrop I started working on building NFT marketplace on HyperEVM called LiquidPixel.
I had entire team, very experienced and it was supposed to be a combination of blur and HL UI-wise. Was looking pretty good.
After thinking about it thou I decided to wind this project down, because if HL decided to build its own product we would be done anyways within a second.
Looking at this from today’s perspective I should’ve done it based even only on Hypurrs volume, but going back at the time that was good decision and I would do it again.
I agree with the take below. The biggest disadvantage of building on Hyperliquid is Hyperliquid itself, Jeff is simply better than you in building anything + has unlimited momey to motivate people to use his version of product with potential new airdrop.
The only way I see you can benefit from building on HCore rn is not via HIP-3, but via builder codes, but for that you already need a big amount users before - Phantom has already proven it works for them, but well, entire world knew phantom already. Building from scratches on HCore doesn’t seem EV+ at this point.
$HYPE ETF could finally send us to that dream $150?
I don’t like making loud statements or confidently predicting market prices, but this comparison feels fair. And with Hyperliquid, the feeling is completely different.
• No VC funding at all
• The team’s extremely thoughtful and long-term oriented approach to token unlocks
• 99% of protocol revenue goes directly to daily buybacks and burns
• Circulating supply is shrinking while the price is still far from ATH
• HIP-3 development continuing strong
• HIP-4 launch opening up entirely new revenue streams
• Expansion into US markets
• Building the single most capital-efficient venue in crypto
All of this is creating the ultimate House of Finance. The ETF is just one step toward that vision.
This is the first real candidate that actually has a shot at massive adoption.
I genuinely don’t see a future where SOL or ETH are bigger than HYPE.

No new trades today. Will have to wait for markets to either go up or down first :)
$HYPE remains one of the most bullish charts in crypto, mainly thanks to its high time frame bullish structure.
We’ve now confirmed a clear higher high. All eyes are on the next low: if it forms in that grey box, bulls will remain in control.
Arthur Hayes sold his bags? Cheap FUD.
After $HYPE dropped from $45.6, suddenly people on CT started claiming Arthur broke his word again and dumped.
Some accounts are seriously stating it as a fact, saying “it’s all onchain” – yet they can’t even show Hayes’ wallet:
https://t.co/GYP5mTstlQ
• He still hasn’t sold a single $HYPE
• He’s still holding his Hypurr NFT, easily verifiable on OpenSea
I’m not defending Mr. Rari (I’m sure he’s only looking out for his own bags), but everyone should know when it’s fake FUD.

Amended Hyperliquid ETF filing from @Grayscale
It's almost certain that the unstaking of $HYPE requested by Paradigm is to deposit them into the ETF.
Buy $HYPE spot and chill.

The most productive company in the world works in crypto (2025)
Hyperliquid did $78M revenue per employee in 2025.
1. Hyperliquid $78M
2. Valve $48.2M
3. OnlyFans $37.6M
4. Tether $17.3M
5. Jane Street $9.3M
6. Anthropic $4.4M

My perpDex airdrop tier
Tier S:
🥇 @HyperliquidX , no second best.
Tier A:
🥈 @variational_io and @extendedapp They’re the best “new perp DEX” right now, best liquidity, best spreads, best fees.
🥈 @tradexyz and @Markets_xyz, just by being HIP-3 markets built on Hyperliquid, your volume also counts toward Hyperliquid.
Tier B:
🥉 @hibachi_xyz@pacifica_fi@01Exchange@nadoHQ Because they’re good overall, but they have some liquidity issues.
Tier C:
🍬 @edgeX_exchange It's ok, but overfarmed now.
Run Away:
💩I’m not going to mention it so I’m not complicit in the crime.
Tokyo pinging Hyperliquid in 3 ms.
Amsterdam at 221 ms.
That's simple physics.
Light travels through fiber at roughly 200 km/ms.
Hyperliquid's validators are in Tokyo, so the closer you are to Tokyo, the faster your orders land.
3 ms from Tokyo vs 221 ms from Amsterdam means a Tokyo MM sees price moves and reacts ~70x faster than someone in Europe.
In a market where stale quotes get picked off in milliseconds, that gap is the difference between profit and getting eaten alive.
This is literally the same problem TradFi solved with colocation, firms pay millions to put their servers physically next to the exchange matching engine.
Same game, different chain.
@HyperliquidX introduced priority fees, currently on testnet.
MMs can pay HYPE for execution priority instead of building out infra next to Tokyo.
Priority fees start making a lot more sense when you look at it this way. Can't colocate next to Tokyo?
Pay for priority instead.
Geography shouldn't decide who's the best market maker; strategy should.
