It's a joke about how she doesn't plan on getting anyone pregnant. As for how genuine the post is, I don't know. It's not impossible, transitioning can definitely alter how you perceive your sexuality

@ross_um @karobi @adalluch Save for the one on the right, those girls are AT MOST kinda chubby. Fat distribution is different for everyone, but for many women it gathers around the thighs. It is actually super normal to have fat you know.
