It’s still somewhat subjective. Here’s an excerpt from IFAB:
“A tackle or challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent or uses excessive force or brutality must be sanctioned as serious foul play.
Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force or endangers the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play.”

IMO the tackle/challenge was initiated by the Bosnia player. Which makes applying the “letter of the law” a bit murky here.
Interesting. I’m a casual.
The way I saw it was the Bosnia player committed a foul while they were fighting for position to get possession. When fouled, #20 (who received red card), was knocked off balance and fell onto the calf/ankle of the player who initiated the contact.
If that’s a red card by the rules. Then it is what it is.
@sketchfly@MT6179395822@Nick___Collins TBH it seemed like a fight for possession and the Bosnia player was the one who initiated the challenge. Probably why it feels a bit harsh/off to me.
Hard to disagree with protecting the health of the players regardless.
@johnbag23@SamiOnTap I hear ya. It was a dangerous challenge. But doesn’t #4 initiate the contact? It’s tight and I’m probably biased but it seems like they’re both moving and then #4 initiated the contact and, at that point, physics takes control.
@DrBoxingTalk@ringmagazine You’re an idiot, bruh.
Here’s a vid of the WBO president saying it will be ordered late June, early July.
Now take a seat, thanks.

@independentcatt@bastfps@MLSMoves I think that's a poor argument. Don't the qualifiers actually count for something (ex. qualifying for the World Cup) whereas the the result of a friendly match doesn't have any impact on outcomes?
@dantheboxingman@PlatinumFact000@KeyshawnDavis8 Key def fucked up but 7 months before Key had an opponent come in ~6.5 lbs over the limit and Key fought him anyway.
Irresponsible AF but maybe Key figured he'd get offered the same courtesy.
