Going to start posting on here about my fitness journey to hold myself accountable. I’ve always been thinner so I decided about 50 days ago to start a clean bulk. This is the before and after so far. Started at 168 and I’m around 176 right now.

Today I'm recommitting to eating healthier and getting in better shape (again). Figure if I say it publicly I have to stick to it haha. I was doing great until our cat had health issues earlier this year and then wham, stress eating.
