Hey @MojangSupport, I pre-ordered Dungeons II Deluxe Edition because I really wanted the Twisted cape, but apparently my bank declined it, and I just found out looking at my Microsoft order history.

@MojangSupport I don't think it's fair because I just found out about this, and can no longer get the cape anymore now because of this.

@MojangSupport I wasn't informed about the declined payment on https://t.co/6Fl5m40X9U when I made the order. If I was, I would've called my bank to approve right away, and re-ordered. If you need the Order number, I can provide it, and also complete the payment, but I really want the cape.

@notkevinzhang I have already been building a bio-mechanically realistic active humanoid ragdoll system for use in games, and as soon as I saw the announcement for Jev, I wanted to try using it to replace my system's nervous system.
