If you have property ownership in a Trust make sure insurance policies have the Trust listed at additionally insured to avoid any conflicts in case a claim is filed. Don’t need to give insurance companies another reason to deny a claim.

Went to McDonald’s drive thru this morning and gave the young lady $20 on a $10 order and told her to keep the change, she refused and told me to give it to a street person. You don’t see this type of goodwill from young people to often very refreshing!

@StreetFightsHQ It’s always nice to see caught on camera versus putting the camera down and helping out WTF!

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Ya gotta love the effort!

Advenza laundry countertop has turned off comments on TikTop, wonder why? Too many bad comments? I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Asked to cancel and refund with no response. DON’T BUY!

Amazon has been spot on with instructions on deliveries, keeping my fingers crossed LOL

Erick from Bakersfield gave me a offer today to buy my rental in Sacramento for $315k (valued at $525k). I’m sure he doesn’t even know where this home is located but is a graduate of an investor class. I’ll (not) seriously consider this offer!

Amazon just can’t get delivery right, left on front porch near sign indicating delivery to side door! Instructions for delivery states side door! Porch pirates love Amazon!!!

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Amazon is 50% this week so far with deliveries, 50% as directed to side door remaining still to front door exposed to street for porch pirates ugh!

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Amazon just can’t get deliveries right, porch pirates love Amazon!

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Amazon just ignores all delivery instructions, not only does the address state side door delivery but sign on porch states side door delivery and the Amazon driver saw me watching him, looked back and then left??? Porch pirates love Amazon! Driver left package on top of sign?

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Amazon another very bad delivery! Can’t follow instructions and continually leave packages in wrong place even when signs state otherwise . Porch pirates love Amazon !

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Amazon deliveries fail consistently to deliver per instructions 4x’s this week. Trying to discourage porch pirates with absolutely no help from Amazon

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Amazon did it again left package designated for side door left on front porch on top of a sign instructing all deliveries to be left on side door. 3 out of 4 packages in 2 days placed in wrong area! No wonder porch pirates love Amazon!!

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

Amazon needs to get their sh*t together! Placed a sign on porch instructing deliveries to be placed at side door (not front where sign is) and consistently drivers leave packages at front door and even on the sign WTF! Do the drivers assist porch pirates?? I think so..

[eye4thelinks @eye4thelinks]

I've been to timeshare presentations, dealt with auto dealers but I must say DirectTv is right up there with aggressive closers
