@Allstate has not resolved our car claim since OCTOBER. I have never seen something like this ever. For a company that claims they offer quality service this has been extremely upsetting. It’s been 4 months our car is wrecked and nothing has been done!

@Allstate my car was rear ended not at fault, claim has been open since September almost a month in a half claim advisor and estimator are not responding to calls or emails.. trunk won’t close and water from the rain is causing more damage.

when called main number to escalate the matter they promise a manager call back within 24-48 hours. it’s been 6-days now and no call back. when I call back i get hing up on after waiting an hour to speak ,
