8. WTF Is a SALE ? (until i have reached my business goal) A very close wise friend of mine once told me “offering your customers too many sales will train them to think that once a product doesn’t sell right away that it will automatically go on sale” & She was 1000% right

I hope this was as helpful to someone else as it was & will be to me. I know a lot of times it’s hard to look within & see where we went wrong and need to make adjustments but when you are your own boss it’s VERY VERY necessary 🌹

9. Walk in every single room like Allah sent me. Cause he DID !

7. Less Inventory more impact. The quantities I was ordering in the past didn’t make sense for my current customer rate. Ordering less will allow me to drop more product more frequently instead of continuing to try to come up with new ways to market the same ol’ products !

6. More consistent with my drops. This may be hard to believe but I only had 2 major drops this year. 2 drops in 12 months is WILD !

4.Ask for help. The ♐️ in me wants to believe that I can do everything. The Wife & Mother in me knows that I can NOT And Every GRANT I See Will Be MINE !

5.Letting my idea choppa sing !!!! Every amazing idea that makes it to my notes app is coming to life in 2023 !

1.More intentional with my spending. Business & personal. Stall now Ball later.
2.Keeping my financial books in order.
3.Tunnel Vision! While I will forever clap for my entrepreneur counterparts I will pay Less attention to their progress & more attention to them simply being.

I wish I could say now that the holidays are over i was looking forward to tax time like 9-5 Ashlee use to be but now I gotta pay Uncle Sam b*tch ass & that honestly seems like a crime Lmfao.

This year I LIVED and survived & for that I am SUPER GRATEFUL.

I was clear of ALL my debt entering 2022 & now at the end I’ve gained some.

This leaves me as I reflect thinking about what I will do differently as an entrepreneur for next year.

I know it’s more EXCITING to show that you cleared a few million in a year (esp as a black entrepreneur) But it’s more REAL to show that you haven’t.

I’m indifferent on how I feel about it and that’s why I’m sharing. While I worked REALLY REALLY hard the 1st 3 quarters of the year the end result still fell short.
