Talked to a playtester for EA who got to play Dragon Age: The Veilguard in its entirety. He confirms Varric, Morrigan, and the Inquisitor play advisor roles. The Inquisition will help you fight the Evanuris if you didn't disband them. And that overall, the game sucks.
