NEW: Argentina's President-elect Javier Milei will be shutting down the Central Bank saying it is "non-negotiable" after "false rumors" began to spread.

"Regarding the President-elect's agenda, this afternoon he will have a telephone conversation with the president of South Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol," Milei's team said in a press release.
"On the other hand, given the false rumors spread, we wish to clarify that the closure of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) is not a negotiable matter."
