Getting over my gym intimidation. I had always kept in reasonable shape with home weights, walking and bicycling and being generally very active. Soon as I walked into a gym I felt at home and silly for ever being intimidated.
The more time I spend in the gym the easier it is to stick to high protein and zero simple carbs . . . I’m just not interested in eating crap food when I work out a lot.
Swimming and Muay Thai training add in the cardio and lower body mobility. I feel great and have more energy than ever
