@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK have emailed with ZERO suggestion of sending out a new phone!! After their driver had failed to deliver ours and kept it!!! We were forced to cancel our payment due to your lack of help and it seems you are considering this ‘refund’ enough! Where’s my order!!

@AmazonHelp The initial form was submitted yesterday so we request the time frame starts from then and this is looked into as a matter of urgency. As there is a potential case of theft in hand, we want matters resolved quickly. Thank you

@AmazonHelp I have submitted the information but only want to be contacted if there is the likelihood of a different outcome to the one your customer service team have already given. We are very much losing faith in your company.

@AmazonHelp They advised that we are not eligible for a refund or return because I gave the driver the OTP code. And when we spoke to them on the phone and pleaded that we were £800 at a loss, it was basically tough luck. No other advice was given.

@AmazonHelp Will this help??? We’ve spent hours on the phone to you distraught at the circumstance. Your @AmazonUK advisors completely brushed off responsibility and the supervisor did too. We are left with potential police involvement due to theft by your driver and are out of pocket too
