Started hitting the gym more, eating better, being more active and focusing on me more overall and it’s been good. Started at 267 ibs now I’m down to 224.😩😩😩
I didn’t realize it was a mistake then… shortly after maybe but, the mistake had already taken a toll. It is my biggest regret. I’ve been given something hard to come by. Now I just need to make the most of it and craft the best version of myself and correct the wrong I did.
