To reverse engineer why and how things “work” and “don’t work” so that you can take the individual pieces and start building something new.

Biggest takeaway from the past 12 months?

People are way less intelligent than I originally assumed.

I don’t want to build a sand castle.

I don’t want to build something that only works when I frantically hustle to maintain or build it by myself.
I want to be a part of something that lasts.

And if that means tearing everything down to make way for a new foundation, so be it.

I’m an Enneagram “3” AKA I come alive when I’m getting things done.

But this year, some pretty devastating health isssues (not covid) have forced my wife and I to put work on the back burner like never before.

It’s killed me.

And also caused me to reprioritize like crazy.
