@AMCHelps I tried to explain to Mike I need to retrieve my phone he did not care and was very rude. My teenage daughter were horrified and embarrassed. I'll never go to AMC again. Very Poor management.

@AMCHelps My two daughters and I went Palisades AMC I forgot my phone and ran back to my car to get the phone. When I came back the manager had escorted my daughters out of the theater and was guarding them at the door. When I return Mike the manager threatened to throw us out.

@AMCTheatres this guy escorted my daughter and her friend out of the movie theater when I went to get my phone out of the car. Then treated to throw us all out. He said his name was Mike and wouldn't give me his last he said I didn't need to know. Never AGAIN...! Avoid this place

It took a month to get a window tech to visit my home. Them it took 2 months to get the material and install crew out to my house. They just left and was only able to install half the job. They did not let me know they were leaving and the job is half done.
