@JagexSupport The email I currently use has been registered to the account for the last 10 or so years, I don’t understand how it can be said that the account isn’t mine. Please please please tell me there is something that can be done

@JagexSupport Exist any more so I can’t get earlier billing details than the ones I have provided. I’ve given transaction IDs and I know the recovery questions because I set them!! But someone else now has my account, and they must have breached it using less info than I’ve provided

@JagexSupport Thanks for getting back to me again! I sent another appeal and I’m actually getting really upset, I’ve had this account almost 15 years and have put endless time and money into it… now someone else has it and I can’t recover… the original email for the account billing doesn’t
