@RyanDanz 100% agree the level of vitriol put towards Keith and his family is disheartening and gross during these challenging time. People in general, especially solid people like Keith who try to help those around them, deserve support in times of suffering like when you lose a house.
@realEstateTrent Keith is a great guy who I have known for years, and has a wonderful family. My heart breaks for them knowing their house burned down in these horrible fires. He doesn’t deserve to go viral for asking for help trying to save his family’s house during these challenging times.
@realKevinTucker@jefffeldman Interest rates, general market sentiment, slowing transaction velocity, and a lot of other factors are combining right now to make the market more challenging. It will get better with time, but it’s a tough moment in capital markets, and a lot of CRE roles at the moment.
@moseskagan@ArtemTepler So sad to hear this news, I never met him but have been following him for a long time and have a kid around the same age. Condolences to all that knew him.
@Keith_Wasserman Hoping you find a speedy resolution to this and get made as whole as possible. Let us know if we can help, I wish I knew someone high up at Safeco to help.
Our family’s home was destroyed by water intrusion and we had to move out due to mold. We are fighting with SafeCo and are ready to escalate our matter to legal. Before we do this, does anyone have any connection to any of the higher ups at SafeCo or their parent company Liberty Mutual?
