Pretty special when you get to see family graduate and move into adulthood. @CarsonZimm17 is not only a stud class of ‘25 WR/CB… he is also legally my brother (brother in law).

When we made the move up to WA, I was expecting another punky kid who thought he was way better than he was… unfortunately I was wrong. He is actually an amazing kid who absolutely loves the game. He broke his collar bone early in the season. Most kids would pack it in, he instead became the best assistant coach we had. His leadership and love for his teammates shined through. Unanimous selection for captainhood, hooper, and amazing kid. I maybe am being a little sappy, but I have grown to really enjoy having you around buddy. I know you’ll do great things. Go spread those wing and fly!

I am beyond honored to be named the newest Head Football Coach @Seahawks_PHS. This is a program that has tremendous tradition associated with it. @PenHSathletes has been the head man for the last 30 years, and has built something truly unbelievable. I am humbled by his mentorship, the leadership team at @Peninsula1947 for entrusting me, the district leadership of PSD, and all of the hard working community here in Purdy, WA for believing in me.

I promise that I hold this responsibility with the highest level of priority. I will bring every single day an energy and a drive that will place PHS on the national map and develop our young athletes into amazing community members. My personal mission is to be a part of building the community that my wife and daughter live in, and this opportunity is a blessing from above. We have a lot of work to do, but we have amazing coaching on staff and in our community, amazing student athletes who are committed, and never forget that Purdy Grit!
