A 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 company is seeking to hire an experienced operations manager to oversee the company operations ensuring efficient processes. The ideal candidate is of 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Process & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and update
operational policies and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
● Deliverables Management: Track and manage task timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality execution of tasks across functional units.
● Administration: Oversee efficient office administration and operations.
● Resource Management: Manage company resources and ensure optimal
allocation, storage, utilization, accountability and preservation.
● Budgeting: Assist in the creation of budgets and the tracking & approval of operational expenses.
● Tech Support: Liaise with vendors to ensure technical support for work tools and apps.
● Internal Audit: Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
● Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors, maintain an up-to-date database, and ensure effective service delivery.
● Investment Operations Support: Provide documentation and admin support for investment-related operations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Skills
• Minimum 9 years’ experience in 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 , plus no less than 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship experience is required - has
managed a company or multiple departments and was responsible for the
P&L.
• Proficiency in team & process optimization and workflow management.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and budget tracking.
• Advanced use of team management tools and apps.
• Extreme attention to detail and organization.
