Nobody slept on office floors/ furniture overnight 3/4 days a week to help me take the exam, I did.
Nobody used all their annual leaves for 4 years to prepare for my exam, I did.
Nobody lost most of their weekends and hardly had anytime for socials so I can take the exam. I did.
Nobody, helped me to show up to write the exam after loosing my Grandma, few days prior to the exam. I did.
Nobody, sacrificed their savings for me to pay exams in Foreign currency and even had to travel to Ghana to write exams for 3 years, incurring travel and exam costs. I did.

Adaptability isn’t optional — it’s a survival skill.
The businesses that thrive are the ones that:
- Anticipate change
- Adapt to change
- Lead change
Managing a business means evolving, not just once, but continuously.
This week, will you react to change, or pioneer it?

Will you be there?
AlhamduliLlahi!
Many of the prayers from Ramadhan keep manifesting. Business is looking good:
+ 1 partnership agreement with a US accounting and tax firm signed
+ At least 2 middle-level managers joined the team at ICL.
+ A couple of sessions were facilitated
+ Done with ILC Smart Recon AI Software
+ Capped it all by getting my certificates as an FIMC and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
In all, grateful to Allah and we keep grinding!
