I completely agree and never was it more important than now to have teacher librarians or qualified school librarians in all schools teaching students to be critical users of information. Thanks for your thoughts on tbe topic Dr Margaret Merga https://t.co/L2lksn4UV0
Our #Westminster campus was also abuzz with #WorldBookDay activities yesterday. #CAS students organised several activities alongside the English department including a film screening of Pride and Prejudice, a book swap, and a best dressed competition among staff. Who looks best?
@suzanasukovic These are our ATLs in the IB - approaches to learning and contribute to the overall learner profile of an IB student. I agree, soft skills isnβt the best way to describe v important skills!
@suzanasukovic I tend to have emails from each sent to my inbox, then check the apps. I found the Apple News was really showing me news from behind a paywall and FB kept me in my bubble. I also use the local library Pressreader app.
@suzanasukovic Iβve never thought of it that way. Perhaps I was making an informed decision and knew what was getting myself in for? I also had someone outside of the school I worked at, but who understood to talk through issues/challenges.
@suzanasukovic@bysarahayoub@plcsydney@BelvoirSt Unfortunately we havenβt seen it as we are living in the UK now. We just have to make do with London West End. Oh well. π I do wish I could see it, though.
