@Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp My wife's parent were killed in the #SurfsideBuildingCollapse I have hours of footage of them on my nest camera I'm trying to preserve. Every day I'm losing a day of footage. I'm trying to download all my footage. Support has not been helpful.
