Under the Perodua QVE battery lease agreement, the following uses are prohibited:

• Using the battery for e-hailing (Grab, inDrive, AirAsia Ride).
• Using it for delivery services (GrabFood, Lalamove, etc.).
• Using it for any commercial or business purposes.
• Renting out, subletting, transferring, or allowing anyone else to use the battery (including via SOCAR-type platforms).

Does this mean the EV cannot be used for e-hailing, cannot be used for business, and cannot be rented out to anyone?

And does violating these terms risk the lease agreement being terminated or the battery being disabled?

(And if someone uses the EV without the battery, would it then only be allowed?)

I was on a flight recently next to a family with a 5 month old baby. They immediately started apologizing when they sat down, I guess assuming everyone would be annoyed by the baby on a plane (obviously I told them it didn’t bother me)
