@virginmedia I'm sorry. Your customer service is awful. I'm done with Virgin Media until you start employing people in the UK to handle your calls. As it is, it's totally inefficient and takes hours to sort anything our for customers. I will be switching to a alternative supplier.

@virginmedia I have spoken to 4 people on this number so far, and NONE of them seem to be able to do this for me. The customer reps have been appalling, basically saying it's happening...tough. I've asked for a priority service number / senior person, make complaint, but they won't do this.
