No one answers calls, no real update, and this is supposedly a “VIP” service.
This is unacceptable.

This is not a complex case requiring 48–72 hours of investigation. A completely different product and color has been delivered vs what was ordered.
Raised ticket #20005251 (17 March), but your team claims the correct product was delivered, which is simply incorrect.
On what basis was this conclusion made?
