@Therichardralph@IBKR Do they have a cash isa you can easily transfer between?
Same issue as you with trading 212, fees are high on the fx if scalp trading,
Anything small cap is slow and generally poor execution price in comparison to my IG trading account
@MazzaInvests@BobRealistBTC Ok “SIPP” exception is if you earning that much and maxed out your isa- you physically do not need it and want a tax advantage. Wack in the SIPP
@MazzaInvests@BobRealistBTC 100% ISA - as it’s 100% control can withdraw when needed or in emergency , SIPP zero control and tied with the government- morbid but you may not get to that age- and what’s really the need for 1milly at 60? Just about every old bloke I speak to doesn’t want it at that age.
@Starlink opened a ticket due to billing issue- they called and resolved within 10minutes- before 7am uk time! Props to the dawg @elonmusk not had 1 moment of down time in 13 months
@bt_uk would of had me waiting 10 working days and still not resolved 😵
@mickkent2@baroninvestment@Trading212 Agreed- just started using 212 this year purely for the ease of transferring between stocks isa and cash isa, always used IG with no issues, will most likely separate some off for trading AIM market and small caps,
@cashflow_king94@Trading212@IBKR This is interesting. @Trading212 also don’t include the fx fee in the profit and loss history, my year to date is showing up £3.4k.. but based on deposits over 1k is fx fees so only really £2.4k up (£12k isa account)
@ilhanerdal_ I use Wix web builder- pages that would take me 2 hours now take 2 minute tops and are way cleaner still have to mess around with the seo etc after but for a non computer guy- it’s so easy
@2147mill Have you noticed the realised profit/loss on 212 doesn’t account for fx fees? Pretty large difference if you buy large amounts of US stocks? 🥹
@Trading212 update your orders “realised profit and loss” to include the FX fee.. #trading212
Anyone else realised the fx fees are not included in this figure? 😳😵 #ISA#savings#trading
@PeterLBrandt Would you even recommend this with the current market conditions if you have a lump sum to invest? Seems it would be better to wait for a pull back?
@Th_Angelopoulos@BMJYorston@grok@15ph 2/2 sick pay/ holiday pay - NI , pension- unforeseen cost- insurance, at the end of the day the cost is passed on- young people won’t get hired- I couldn’t afford to pay some one £15ph unskilled for 2/3years- waste of time
@Th_Angelopoulos@BMJYorston@grok So if you have a trade into your home to say do some plastering- your happy to cover the cost of the leaner plasterer and the skilled guy, skilled guy is on 300 per day - unskilled guy watching is charged out at 200 say- as can’t be charged @15ph as need to cover cost of 1/2
