Charles still attacked the chicane with the same amount, turn 11 and 12 would indicate tyre life as the curbs wouldn’t inflict any plank ware.

I mean that’s just complete guess work as outsiders, pressure can and would have been resolved after the tyre introduction stage this doesn’t indicate the continual pace drop off in stint 3.

Ferrari threw away what could have been a 10+ second race winning margin on the McLarens by pitting twice. Easily 5 seconds per lap margin of victory with pace left in hand to defend as I alluded to in previous tweet.

Leclerc was 7.3 seconds clear of race winner Norris before his first stop. The Mediums held on all the way towards lap 40 with Alonso only having an average delta difference of 0.8 seconds per lap to both Norris and Leclerc over the first stints.

If Ferrari use Hamilton to stop the leaders opening a safe pit window then Lewis can extend to prevent any chance of an undercut.
