@PeliosAcademy@iam_emilyanne I’m be more cautious of this, especially if they are charging more for it. Dentists already use an extremely low dose for dental X-rays. Being outside for a few hours will roughly expose you to as much radiation as dental X-rays. X-rays are not a scam, just trying to do their job
@dreddcnc Definitely agree with that. I’m all for players having options. When they can just decide at the drop of a hat to move on and immediately play at the next school it’s an unsustainable situation. There has to be some minimum level of commitment by all parties.
@ShadowofEzra This is untrue. This dam is down river from the Hurricane damage. It had to be let out to relieve rising waters but the area itself was largely unaffected by the storm.
If you make everything a conspiracy it drowns out the cases where there is actual corruption.
@neal_katyal I am dumber for reading this. Let’s assume your analysis of the situations is 100% true. In that case your analogy works. What’s dumb is your assessment of the scale of those two things
@11Scooby71@CaddieNetwork It’s to prevent having unhealed holes all winter long spread over the entire greens. Burmuda goes dormant. 3 hole locations on our course. It’s not because they don’t have a grass plug to replace it.
@jollyroger_f3 Yes, but I heard they place a fence you have to hop over at the starting line, and you don’t get a fancy bib to wear while you are running
@f3HEELY@DonHo_F3@F3TheCount@F3Nation I would also say most workout related failures (injuries) are from trying to do the same things as elite athletes but skipping many of the steps to get there, at least in our particular demographic. Proper sleep is one of those steps but my guess is that it is way down the list
@f3HEELY@DonHo_F3@F3TheCount@F3Nation Now we are talking about recovery/sleep/training and how it relates to life. Much more relevant to any of us these days than tweaking our routines to function as a “high level athlete”——not that the balance is less taxing for either group, but it’s a different convo.
😉
@f3HEELY@DonHo_F3@F3TheCount@F3Nation The article refers to “high level athletes”. That’s MAYBE .1% of people, and they are getting paid to do it. I don’t hit 500 golf balls and work on my short game daily anymore either. Discipline and necessity are probably why most people get up early to work out.
@Jim_Jordan Why don’t you tell us instead of tweeting about. You guys are like dogs chasing squirrels. You fall for it every time when the switch the agenda just as they are exposed
@DanCrenshawTX You’re wrong on this one, bud. 40BILLION. You guys need to get a grip. I’m sure there will be extensive oversight and a very complete and detailed audit of where all of this money is going though
