@benbbaldwin Seems Coaches behave a lot like the biases Kahneman describes, good/bad results are not symmetrical. Winning/Losing 5 bucks don't FEEL the same. So they need a larger expected positive outcome (WPA) to compensate for the nageative (WP Lost). Thus suboptimal decisions.
@ScottKacsmar Small sample ? You published data where Garoppolo was leading among active QBs with 0.500 or so. So I guess niners are expected to ve good in the long run.
@benbbaldwin Ben can we ger a PFF Team Recieving grade on the x axis, QB EPA per DB on y axis? Purdy is a clear outlier when using QB Grade, also team Pass Blocking. Probably Recieving grade fits better for BP.
Today discussed large comebacks and @PFF_Steve asked what was the norm. I updated this table. I would love to hear your thoughts, for me large comebacks are unicorns (unless Mahomes), most important indicator have few games trailing by large deficit. @PFF_Sam
