in the image below, we can clearly see how airtel is cunningly shaping bandwidth so that the average doesn't cross ~160 on a 200 Mbps line. The connection momentarily crosses the 200 Mbps mark to remain within guidelines but then for the most part, it stoops to 150 Mbps.
